Founder's Bio

Renessa Boley, founder of The BIG! Life Network LLC, is Washington DC's premier life designer.  Renessa has worked with a variety of clients, including Fortune 500, non-profits, professional organizations, working moms and professionals. 

Renessa has been trained and coached on the strategies of rapid transformational change by the Anthony Robbins Companies,  the world’s foremost authorities on leadership psychology, organizational turnaround, and peak performance and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Prior to launching The BIG! Life Network, she spent nearly 15 years in Corporate America, most recently as a Senior Director for the Corporate Executive Board, working with the company’s largest and most prominent Fortune and Global 500 clients. She has worked as a consultant with Mercer Management Consulting as well as with notable companies such as Booz-Allen Hamilton, Proctor & Gamble and Intel Corporation.

Leveraging a degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University, Renessa uses a systematic approach to help clients (1) get clear about what they want and what stands in their way, (2) learn the tools and strategies necessary for change and (3) develop the mastery to make those changes stick.  While some people are happy making a living, Renessa helps people to design their lives.
