"I really enjoyed our meeting today. It was an incredible experience. I felt nervous, anxious and excited all at once. I really enjoyed writing out the things for my ideal life. Initially I had trouble thinking of things I wanted because I doubted the possibilities. However, after battling my negative thoughts I was able to begin to write, and the music was very helpful for thinking. I was surprised by the things I allowed myself to write as desires. I was even more surprised, while determining my top five, to see the way I felt about various goals and shocked to learn what was REALLY most important to me. For example: it was interesting to learn that I procrastinate, not because I am lazy but because I am fearful. That is so true about me.
